Refunds & Returns Policy | Gong Life Care Solutions

Our policy lasts 14 working days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Due to Health and Hygiene laws we are prohibited from accepting returns or refunds on any of the following types of products:  shower, bath and toilet aids,daily living aids, cushions and covers that may already have come into contact with human body or body fluids.

Gong Life Care Solutions is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you are entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality. If the problem with a product or service is minor, you must accept a free repair if Gong Life Care Solutions offers you one.

A faulty goods claim cannot be made if: the Goods have been subjected to wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or repair of the Goods, the Goods are damaged as a result of failing to comply with the manufacturer's care and storage instructions, including but not limited to insect damage, misused a product in any way that caused the problem, knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product, asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted; the Goods are second hand, in that you are not the original purchaser of the Goods; custom made orders are non-refundable. Rights to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation do not apply to items you plan to on-sell or change so that you can re-supply as a business.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee of 20% of the item price may also be applied.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,please contact us at info@gonglcs.com.au

Any shipping fees incurred (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed by Gong Life Care Solutions within 7 working days of receiving the item at our warehouse. It can then take up to 7 working days for money to be credited by the bank into the customer account.

All refund claims made within the 14 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.

A replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Gong Life Care Solutions. If the product is not available on stock, then replacement could take anywhere between 4 to 12 months.

Once the item is returned you will be refunded within 7 working days less the original freight cost and any restocking fees.

If you are requesting an exchange of a product you will be required to pay the freight cost of shipping this product to you.
