Guarantee & Warranty | Gong Life Care Solutions

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a faulty product.

A faulty product claim cannot be made if: the Products have been subjected to wear and tear, unauthorised modifications or repair of the Products, the Products are damaged as a result of failing to comply with the manufacturer's care and storage instructions, including but not limited to insect damage, misused a product in any way that caused the problem,knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product, asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.

A photo may be requested to assist with the assessment of your claim.

Where a Product is defective and needs to be replaced or repaired, return shipping will be arranged at the expense of Gong Life Care Solutions.  If a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned Product becomes our property.  When a refund is given, the returned Product becomes our property.

In case of damage or malfunctions, repairs under warranty will only be accepted if the product is shipped inside the original packaging.

Gong Life Care Solutions also offers warranty periods against defects on products (see schedule below for guidelines).  Warranty periods are effective from the date of purchase and are mentioned in the respective product manuals.

We warrant our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage.  Warranties are extended to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase.

This warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorised modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear,the Goods are damaged as a result of failing to comply with the manufacturer's care and storage instructions or damage to any non-Gong Life Care Solutions product used in connection with a Gong Life Care Solutions product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product.

If you believe that a Gong Life Care Solutions Product has an unsatisfactory defect, please contact us for assistance, via telephone, our website or email.   Depending on the claim we will require evidence of the defect via email or post. 

We encourage the notification of claims under this warranty within 14 working days by offering to pay for the return of a Product where a claim is notified within that time and we determine that the Product is defective. 

To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties whether implied or otherwise, not set out in these Terms and Conditions are excluded and the Seller is not liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise to compensate the Buyer for: any increased costs or expenses; any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts or anticipated savings; any loss or expense resulting from a claim by a third party; or any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any nature whatsoever.

Replacement Products are covered by the same warranty as well.  Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased, provided it is available in stock. If the item is not in stock, replacement could take between 4 to 12 weeks.  For items that cannot be replaced a full refund will be offered.   Gong Life Care Solutions will cover all postage costs for defective item claims but this must be arranged and agreed with Gong Life Care Solutions before any item is returned.
