Delivery | Gong Life Care Solutions

Gong Life Care Solutions offers free delivery within Australia for all orders. We currently only deliver to Australian addresses.

Typically, orders are dispatched from our Wollongong warehouse by the next business day after payment being received.  Longer dispatch can be expected for orders on 'Backorder/Preorder' or at peak buying times.

Your order will be sent via Australia Post or another reliable delivery service provider.  Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied. Signature on delivery will be required for all deliveries.

You should expect your delivery within 5-7 business days or 7-10 business days for WA and remote areas. Progress of the delivery can be tracked using the tracking number of the respective delivery provider.The times quoted for delivery are estimates only and Gong Life Care Solutions accepts no liability for failure or delay in delivery of Goods. The Buyer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for Goods by reason of any delay in delivery. Goods may be delivered by instalments at the discretion of Gong Life Care Solutions.

Gong Life Care Solutions will close on NSW Public Holidays along with some of our delivery service providers. This may cause a delay on deliveries sent around these times. Gong Life Care Solutions may close over the Christmas period or operate on reduced staff.  This means we will not be available to process your order as usual.

If you are not at home to receive your delivery, the standard procedure is to leave a postcard with instructions for pick-up at the office of the delivery service provider. This procedure may vary depending on your local area and depending on the delivery service provider. Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer on delivery.Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place, just prior to the Goods being unloaded from the carrier at the nominated address in accordance with the order.
